Making an Appointment: Call (719) 539-3145 to schedule an appointment. Our hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We request 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. This way we can see other patients who are waiting.
Fees: Charges are due at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Care Credit and Capitol One are available to help you set up a reasonable treatment plan with payments.
Insurance: Oral appliances (for TMD and sleep) are referred to as medical devices by the FDA. Therefore, more and more medical insurance companies are considering paying for treatment once approved the appliance is medically necessary. You can help by providing a prescription and a referral from your medical doctor or sleep specialist along with a copy of any sleep study you have had performed.
