Each staff member regularly attends continuing education programs to stay abreast of advances in dentistry. In fact, every staff member holds either a TMJ Assistant or an Advanced Level TMJ Assistant certification. They have combined experience of 48 years.

received his Dental Degree in 1981 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. For 28 years, he has been in private practice. He pushes his educational boundaries by staying up-to-date with with over 6,000 hours of post-graduate dentistry education for TMJ and sleep disorders. Dr. Bixby has a certificate in orthodontics from the Clinical Foundation or Orthopedics and Orthodontics.

Special honors include Who's Who in Executive and Professionals in 1994, Who's Who Among Outstanding Americans in 1995, the American Orthodontics Society Case of the Year in 1996 and the C.R. Gerber Excellence in Clinical Dentistry in 2006.

As an instructor, he has lectured extensively at many national and international meetings for other doctors on orthodontics, TMJ disorder, prosthodontics, advanced restorative techniques and implants, neuromuscular dentistry and bite registration. He is a highly regarded author and has been published in several professional journals.

received his B.S. degree from University of Colorado at Boulder. In 1973, he achieved his dental degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He has been in a general dental practice from 1974-1991. Since 1998, he has been working exclusively with endodontics, oral surgery and posterior crowns.
